I agree in some respects with what you're saying. It's disappointing that he hasn't made the jump yet but Milano has outpaced Anderson and Bjork in their time with the Monsters in ppg.
One point I wanted to add but decided against it was just how bad the Monsters were this year. They almost had 50 different players play on the team this year. Almost no consistency across the board. They brought in a lot of mercenary type players to try and right the ship. If anything I wouldn't hold that against Milano. Still being able to perform and outpace his teammates is impressive in that regard.
His window isn't closed but if he doesn't take steps this next year, declaring him a lost cause isn't that far off. I wouldn't disagree concerning his development. Either way, I wouldn't discount him. I think he has more to give.
