Today, the Blue Jackets announced that they signed RFA RW Trey Fix-Wolansky to a one-year, two-way (NHL/AHL) contract.
Aaron Portzline of The Athletic reports that Fix-Wolansky's salary will be $750k at the NHL level and $80k at the AHL level.
Fix-Wolansky, 23, was selected by the Jackets with the 207th overall pick in the 2018 NHL Draft. He made his NHL debut this season, and played in six games, registering a goal and two points. He made his professional debut in the 2018-19 AHL playoffs when he suited up in three games and scored a goal and two points for the Cleveland Monsters.
In 105 AHL games over three seasons since then, all in the regular season, he has scored 31 goals and 68 points.
