The disappointing Friday night loss to the Philadelphia Flyers was supposed to be a wake up call for a Blue Jackets club on the outside looking in on the playoff picture. The Blue Jackets followed it up with a frustrating home loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins, 5-2.

Here is the somber post-game reaction from Alexander Wennberg, Cam Atkinson and Sergei Bobrovsky.

Alexander Wennberg

On the team's struggles: "Tough game. We were kind of chasing the game a little bit trying to create opportunities. We've gotta keep fighting, keep shooting and see if we can find a dirty one."

On the depth of the Penguins: "Obviously, they're (Crosby, Malkin, Kessel) players you have to look out for, but in general they're a good team, obviously. Even though they didn't get any points they make a difference. But for us, I think the difference is we didn't play our best game today."

Cam Atkinson

On playing from behind: "It's tough, especially against them. They have a lot of offensive weapons. It's always tough chasing, but especially against a team that's very offensive-minded, it's hard to crawl back."

On the third-goal: "I don't think Bob saw the first three goals, but it's a testament to them for getting in front, screening. We just couldn't find a to get it done."

Sergei Bobrovsky

On playing against Pittsburgh: "It's very challenging to play against them. They're very smart offensively. They don't just shoot the puck on net and hope it goes in. They create offense and it's challenging to play against them."

On playing another division game on Tuesday: "We have to put that behind us and get ready tomorrow, have a good practice, and prepare ourselves for the next game."
