Where does the name come from?
The Blue Jackets name and logo are inspired by Ohio’s Civil War history. The 1st Ohio Battery was a Civil War artillery battery based out of Camp Chase in Columbus. Also, cannons are good.
What is 1st Ohio Battery’s relationship with Eleven Warriors?
1st Ohio Battery is part of the same Basement MediaWorks family as Eleven Warriors. Different rink, same idea: independent coverage, a strong community and no paywall.
