The Blue Jackets' offseason has been anything but boring, with a few signings, departures and the ongoing uncertainty surrounding Artemi Panarin looming large.
While it's been quiet for a while – the NHL Draft and free agency came and went without much to speak of – GM Jarmo Kekalainen is planning to meet with Panarin and his agent, Dan Milstein, tomorrow in France. Panarin is on vacation with Sergei Bobrovsky, if you've seen their posts on Instagram, and will take time to speak to Kekalainen.

Russian-based hockey reporter Igor Eronko was first to report that the meeting would take place in France.

We'll see where this goes from here, but the Blue Jackets' summer doesn't appear to be ready to cool down into "cottage mode" just yet.
