The Blue Jackets announced their schedule for the 2023 preseason Thursday. It's an eight-game slate with four games at Nationwide Arena.

Here are the dates, times, and opponents of all eight games:
- Sunday, September 24: Away vs. Pittsburgh at 1 p.m. ET & Home vs Pittsburgh at 7 p.m. ET (split squad)
- Tuesday, September 26: Away vs. St. Louis at 8 p.m. ET
- Saturday, September 30: Away vs. Buffalo at 3 p.m. ET
- Monday, October 2: Home vs. St. Louis at 7 p.m. ET
- Wednesday, October 4: Home vs. Buffalo at 7 p.m. ET
- Thursday, October 5: Home vs. Washington at 7 p.m. ET
- Saturday, October 7: Away vs. Washington at 7 p.m. ET
Preseason Blue Jackets hockey is just over three months away.
