Hockey is a small world.
When Ryan Johansen and Seth Jones were traded one-for-one in a deal that rocked the hockey world, they were able to talk about it in-person a few hours later when they collided at John Glenn International Airport in Columbus.
The two players have other ties, too; they're both former Portland Winterhawks, the powerhouse WHL franchise that's developed several of the NHL's top players. They have also spent some time working out together this summer, as evidenced by an Instagram post shared by Johansen on Monday.
