The Blue Jackets are hoping for a big improvement during the stretch run and they'll be without Josh Anderson for a significant portion of it.

Anderson will be out for at least four weeks with a knee sprain that he suffered against the Washington Capitals. Anderson has seen many minutes on the first line this season and his output has reflected his improved play.

In 61 games this season, Anderson has scored 18 goals and pitched in with 11 assists for a total of 29 points. He is scoring all of these goals despite a 9.8 shooting percentage.

The Blue Jackets will play next against the Los Angeles Kings on Mar. 1 at 10:30 p.m. ET.
