The NHL Awards are coming up and multiple Columbus Blue Jacket players are up for various honors.

Defenseman Zach Werenski and Winger Nick Foligno are in town to talk about the award ceremony. In a mix of promotion and goodwill, the two went on multiple radio and television stations.

As you can see it was a full day. The t-shirts put the cherry on top of it. Those shirts need to go on sale immediately.

Our own Jeff Svoboda had the right idea.

Another encouraging sign is Werenski's face. It looks like it is healing properly and almost entirely back to normal. He was an especially good sport on Instagram where he talked about his desire to always be on a t-shirt.

All it took was a puck to the face to end up on a t-shirt

The NHL Awards take place on June 21 at 8 p.m. in Las Vegas, Nevada. Werenski is nominated for the Calder Trophy for the league's best rookie and Foligno is nominated for the Mark Messier Leadership Award for all-around leadership both on and off the ice.
