They're back, folks.

The Columbus Blue Jackets were long listed as one of the 18 NHL teams to be receiving a third uniform set for the 2018-19 season – raising questions if it would be a variant of the cannon uniforms or a new set entirely – and it looks like we finally have an answer.

According to the team's branding guide – acquired by Sportslogos.net – the Blue Jackets are bringing back the cannon uniforms basically exactly as they were the last time we saw them.

It's not exactly the same, but it's pretty much the same. The only changes seem to be the adidas collar and altered name/number typeface – changes that we saw in the primary set last year. It also appears that the socks will remain the same as before on the third set, rather than adopting the thinner stripes that the Blue Jackets implemented in their adidas home/away set.
