Blue Jackets prospect William Whitelaw will play in Columbus for the first time since being drafted in 2023 when his fourth-ranked Wisconsin Badgers (22-6-2, 13-4-1 B1G) play Ohio State (9-15-4, 1-15-2 B1G) at The Schottenstein Center at 6:30 p.m. ET on Friday and 4:30 p.m. ET on Saturday.

Whitelaw, the No. 66 overall pick in the 2023 NHL Draft, is 15th among Big Ten freshmen in scoring with 14 points and tied for fifth among that same group with eight goals.

The Buckeyes' matchup with Wisconsin comes two weeks after they hosted fellow Blue Jackets prospect and Michigan forward Gavin Brindley, who posted two assists in the Wolverines' two-game sweep.

Can Whitelaw get on the scoresheet against the Buckeyes?
