This is the kind of company you don't want to keep.

The kind where you're literally by yourself.

After the Winnipeg Jets beat the Minnesota Wild, 5–0, in Game 5 of their first-round series, they took their name off one dubious list. Only one name remains: the Columbus Blue Jackets, who are now the only NHL team without a playoff series win.

Even the Vegas Golden Knights, the newest NHL team and in their inaugural season, have checked that item off their list.

The Blue Jackets have been swept by the Detroit Red Wings (2008-09), eliminated in six games by the Pittsburgh Penguins (2013-14), five games by the Penguins (2016-17) and are currently tied 2-2 with the Washington Capitals. Game 5 is Saturday afternoon, a 3 p.m. ET start, at Capital One Arena in D.C.
