I have been wondering when the heck we are going to hire a couple assistant coaches. The fact that they haven’t yet kinda says to me the guys they are eyeing may still be busy and not free to chat with yet. That being said, I’m going to put this out there. First, I think Trent V. Is a pretty good possibility. Monsters season ended recently, he’s already in the fold so no real rush. Could be head coach in waiting. 
 

A second name that I find fascinating and honestly don’t know that I have ever heard of is Misha Donskov. This guy has a pretty impressive resume. Coached with Dallas (not sure if Bowness was there at the same time), has a Cup with the Vegas Golden Franchise, is the current coach of Canada’s men’s team, and as an added bonus (ahem, ahem, no pun intended), the guy moved to Cbus as a kid and now runs a freakin hockey school here. Why have I never heard this guy’s name intil today?  Crazy. Just throwing this out there for thoughts.
