The Columbus Blue Jackets couldn't quite get it done in overtime against the Washington Capitals and have fallen behind 3-2 in the opening round series.

Here's the reaction from John Tortorella and company following the loss.

John Tortorella

On the game...
"We played well, doesn't [whether] I thought we deserve it. We lost, so we get ready for our next game."

On Alexander Wennberg...
"Played good."

On Matt Calvert...
"He played well."

On whether the team will shrug off this game and play well...
"Yeah, we'll be back here for game seven."

On goalie play...
"I thought both goalies played really well. We had some really good chances in the third too [and] in the OT, [Boone Jenner] and [pause]. Two good goalies, good game."

On getting his team emotionally ready for game six...
"I won't have to say a damn word to 'em."

Seth Jones

On the game...
"We did a good job. We worked hard in the third and had some grade-A chances, third and overtime, just Holtby made some big saves."

On the difference between game four and game five...
"We just competed harder. Our battle level was up, we were physical, we worked 'em down low, we made smart decisions with the puck."

On game six...
"It's do or die, so our desperation level has to be at its highest."

On the final play..
"I saw the point shot, he was kind of movin' away from me as it came in so I wasn't right on him, but I turned around it was in the net."
