This is it.

The Columbus Blue Jackets are one game away from having this series, and their season, come to an end. By losing three straight to the Washington Capitals, the Blue Jackets have fallen behind 3-2 in the first round series.

That means Game 6 is, of course, a must win. Here's what to expect.

MATCHUP

Washington Capitals at Columbus Blue Jackets

Where: Nationwide Arena
When: Monday, April 23 at 7:30 p.m.
TV: Fox Sports Ohio, CNBC

WHAT TO WATCH FOR
  • Can the Blue Jackets win one in Nationwide Arena? So far on home ice they stand at 0-2 this series, including easily the team's worst performance of the playoffs in Game 4.
  • Will we see a revived power play? The Blue Jackets have been limping through man advantages since game three, and could seriously use the boost from its offensive special teams unit considering the Capitals have scored at least one goal in the same scenario each game this series.
  • The goaltending duel between Sergei Bobrovsky and Braden Holtby in Games 3-5 has been an impressive showcase. Holtby's gotten the best of Bob these last three games, but Bob has recorded some outstanding performances. One of the best ways to totally and permanently annihilate the "Playoff Bob" stigma would be to best Holtby on back-to-back nights and win the series. That starts tonight.
