The Blue Jackets are headed for prime time.

Well, kind of.

The NHL and NBC announced TV broadcast schedules for the first week of Stanley Cup Qualifiers action, which begins Aug. 1 in both Toronto and Edmonton. It's set up to be a full-on indulging of hockey action, with up to six games per day being aired live across NBC networks.

Here's the schedule for Games 1 and 2 of the Blue Jackets' series against the Toronto Maple Leafs:

  • Game 1: Sunday, Aug. 2 | 8 p.m. ET, NBC Sports Network
  • Game 2: Tuesday, Aug. 4 | 4 p.m. ET, NBC Sports Network

NBC broadcasts will be blacked out in local markets (i.e., the Blue Jackets' TV market). FOX Sports Ohio is airing the entirety of the qualifying round series, however, games will not be called from Toronto. The broadcast crew is planning to call games from Nationwide Arena.
