The Blue Jackets are now 13-20-9 just over halfway through the season.

2023 Draft

  • Gavin Brindley, F, Univ. of Michigan (NCAA), 34th overall pick: 19 GP, 14-8--22.

Brindley returned from winning gold at the World Juniors to score four goals against Stonehill.

  • William Whitelaw, F, Univ. of Wisconsin (NCAA), 66th overall pick: 21 GP, 7-6--13
  • Andrew Strathmann, LD, Youngstown Phantoms (USHL), 98th overall pick: 21 GP, 5-16--21
  • Luca Pinelli, F, Ottawa 67's (OHL), 114th overall pick: 37 GP, 29-13--42

Pinelli is tied for third in the OHL in goals. 

 

  • Melvin Strahl, G, Modo Jr. (Swe-Jr), 156th overall pick: 21 GP, 9-11-0, .913SV%, 2.59 GAA
  • Oiva Keskinen, F, Tappara Tampere (SM-liiga), 194th overall pick: 30 GP, 3-12--15
