What better way to get the Columbus Blue Jackets season started than a gathering with fellow fans?

The Blue Jackets will be hosting 5th Line Fest on September 10, from 4-8 P.M. Blue Jacket fans will get an opportunity to meet players and get photo opportunities with trophies the team has collected over the past season. This also includes autograph opportunities with yet to be announced players.

Here is the list of events that will be held in Columbus Commons, courtesy of the team's press release:

  • Stage show featuring Blue Jackets players
  • Display of NHL Trophies won by Blue Jackets at the 2017 NHL Awards

Mark Messier Leadership Award and King Clancy Memorial Trophy - Nick Foligno

Vezina Trophy - Sergei Bobrovsky
Jack Adams Award - John Tortorella

  • CBJ Mobile Tour, presented by OhioHealth, featuring replica player stalls, video & skee-puck games
  • Interactive game stations including Top Shot to test slap shot speed and accuracy
  • Photo station
  • Food trucks and beverage stations with beer, wine, water and Pepsi products 

The Blue Jackets open training camp in less than a month on September 14 with the first regular season game taking place on October 6.
