Only three points were obtained by the Blue Jackets in their recent stretch of four games in six days. After another busy week, they now embark on a lighter week with opportunities for rest between each game on the schedule.

Today: Canadiens, Eh?

The Blue Jackets kick off the week by heading to Montreal for a match-up with the Canadiens. The Canadiens may have more Stanley Cup wins than any other hockey team, but it's been since 1993 they brought one home and this year hasn't exactly been the type you would expect for a team of that caliber -- they are 8-9-1 through 18 games, but playing better as of late. The game starts at 7:30 p.m. and will be televised on Fox Sports Ohio.

Friday: Ranger Revenge

After collapsing in the third period in New York a little more than a week ago, the Blue Jackets look to avenge that mess back home against a streaking Rangers squad that has won six in a row. As the race for the Metropolitan Division continues to tighten this season, these divisional match-ups will increase in importance. Puck drops at 7:00 p.m. and you can watch it on Fox Sports Ohio locally.

Monday: En Guarde! (Pièce Deux)

After another two-day break, the Blue Jackets will be in Buffalo looking for a result similar to the last time the two non-rivals met. The Sabres are just 5-9-3 on the year and have allowed the second most goals in the NHL this season. It will be another 7:00 p.m. tilt and Fox Sports Ohio will carry the game.
