John Tortorella will always, no matter what, tell you what he's thinking.

And in his weekly segments on 97.1 FM alongside Anthony Rothman and Bobby Carpenter, he's even more forthcoming. Today's hit was no exception and perhaps his most direct, blunt assessment of the goaltending situation to date.

Tortorella said because the Blue Jackets have "no indication" of Bobrovsky's future plans beyond this season, it's factoring into how he uses his goalies. Joonas Korpisalo made his third straight start last night but lasted only 13 minutes in a 5-3 loss to Detroit, and Tortorella said Bobrovsky would start Thursday's game in San Jose.

The full segment is below, and it's worth a listen. It's unfiltered, straight-shooting honesty and quite refreshing.
