From what I've read, the last few days, the league is determined to hold the draft before restarting the season and using the long abandoned lottery format that no team can move up four spaces and no team can drop more than one space.

I'm curious what everyone's opinion is. Should the draft be held before the season restarts? Do you like the old draft lottery format (Why or why not?)
